Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

PPG Industries is seeking a dedicated Client Support Specialist to join our team in London, England. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently. This role is critical in maintaining strong customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Provide product information and guidance to clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and deliverables - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database - Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Participate in client meetings, presentations, and events as needed - Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market changes to provide relevant insights to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support or sales role - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Driven and reliable, with a strong work ethic and a dedication to customer satisfaction - Persuasion and planning skills to effectively influence and guide clients - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in the manufacturing or chemical industry is a plus
