Job Description - Contact Center Assistant - Work from home

General Mills is looking for a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in London, England. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. We are seeking individuals who are driven, energetic, creative, and skilled at negotiation to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with product inquiries, issues, and complaints - Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Use data and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance metrics for call efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection - Must be legally eligible to work in the UK
