Job Description:


Capital One Financial is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team in London, England. This is a full-time, entry-level position that offers the unique opportunity to work from home. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with account inquiries, credit card applications, and other queries - Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently - Process customer transactions accurately - Adhere to company policies and procedures - Meet performance targets and metrics set by the company - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and optimize customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product information and industry trends


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Reliable and adaptable with a positive attitude - Strong decision-making and project management skills - No prior experience required, training will be provided
