Job Description - Customer Care Associate

Job Description:


ExxonMobil is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Associate to join our team in London, England. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide information about products and services, pricing, and availability - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintain customer records and documentation - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Strategic planning and planning skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
