As a Customer Care Associate at Ford, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients from the comfort of your own home in London, England. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information about Ford products and services. 3.
