Customer Care Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Care Officer to join our team at Walgreens Boots Alliance, a leading pharmaceutical company in London, England, UK. This is a full-time, work from home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and efficient resolution to customer concerns, including product inquiries, order tracking, and refunds - Maintain customer records and update database with relevant information - Proactively engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company - Collaborate with other departments to address escalated customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize negotiation and presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs

Requirements: - Resilient and motivated personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote environment - Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems - Previous experience in a customer care role preferred - Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
