Customer Care Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Biogen is seeking a highly motivated and independent Customer Care Representative to join our team in London, England. This is a full-time work from home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction - Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues - Maintain customer records and update databases as needed - Collaborate with other team members to continually improve the customer care process - Meet and exceed customer service metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
