Job Description - Customer Care Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Automation Anywhere is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team in London, England. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency. 3. Providing product information and troubleshooting assistance to customers. 4. Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience. 5. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction. 7. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to customers. 8. Participating in training and development programs to enhance your customer service skills.


Requirements: 1. Resourceful and reliable individual who can handle customer inquiries effectively. 2. Strong project management skills to coordinate and prioritize customer interactions. 3. Persuasion skills to promote additional products or services to customers. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. No prior experience necessary – we will provide training to the right candidate.
