Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Customer Service Associate to join our team at Nationwide, a leading financial services company. This is a full-time remote position based in London, England, UK. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing customer orders and returns accurately - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to problem-solve - Creative approach to customer service solutions - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
