Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and confident Customer Service Manager to join our team at O’Reilly Automotive in London, England. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer service management, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our customer service department.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train and supervise customer service representatives - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Monitor customer service metrics and implement improvements as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service - Meet customer service targets and KPIs - Report to senior management on department performance
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Teamwork and time management skills
