C.H. Robinson Worldwide is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team in London, England. As a leader in logistics and transportation services, we are looking for a professional with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role to oversee our customer service department.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives and ensure that customer inquiries are handled in a professional and timely manner - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve overall customer satisfaction - Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve service quality - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience - Analyze customer service metrics and prepare reports for senior management - Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance their customer service skills - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolution in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role - Strong project management and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
