Job Description:
ManpowerGroup is seeking a highly experienced Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. As a Mid-to-Senior Level manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of remote customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service management and possess strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure high-quality service delivery - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the customer service department - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and create a seamless customer experience - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in remote customer service management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities - Resourceful and able to solve problems creatively - Hardworking and dedicated to achieving results - Experience with CRM systems and other customer service software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
