Job description:
Klarna, a leading fintech company, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. This is a full-time position at the mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 6. Conduct regular training sessions for customer service team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. 7. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to drive customer loyalty and retention.
Requirements: 1. Confident and motivated individual with strong leadership skills. 2. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work cooperatively with others. 3. Proven track record of success in a customer service management role. 4. Experience in the fintech industry is a plus. 5. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools.
