Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Allstate in London, England, UK. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service operations of our company, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. This is a full-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure high performance and productivity - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions accordingly - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to optimize the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve our processes


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in the insurance industry - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong teamwork and people management abilities - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
