Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home


Job Description:


Global Partners is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will be completely remote, allowing the successful candidate to work from home in London, England, UK.


Responsibilities: - Oversee a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure excellent service delivery - Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality standards are met and customer satisfaction is maintained - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Analyze customer service data and make recommendations for improvements - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - At least 7 years of experience in a customer service management role - Proven track record of successfully leading a team and driving results - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills - Confidence and independence in decision-making - Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment - Creative thinking and a proactive approach to finding solutions - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
