Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Foot Locker is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team in London, England. This is a full-time, work from home position with a seniority level of Mid-to-Senior.


Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Train and coach team members to provide exceptional customer service - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in a customer service management role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Reliable and driven personality traits - Soft skills in innovation and negotiation - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
