Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

HD Supply Holdings is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Service Officer to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in London, England, UK. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints - Process returns and exchanges according to company policies - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers - Attention to detail to accurately record customer information and solve problems - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
