Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Rockwell Automation is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in London, England. This is a full-time, entry-level position that offers the flexibility to work from home. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Stay current on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude. 2. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 3. Adaptable and reliable with a strong work ethic. 4. Strong cooperation and presentation skills. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
