Job Description:

Anadarko Petroleum is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team in London, England. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely. This position is perfect for individuals who are adaptable, passionate about customer service, and possess strong research and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong research and problem-solving skills - Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Passion for providing exceptional customer service
