Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

Liberty Interactive is seeking a dedicated and resilient Customer Success Assistant to join our team in London, England. As a member of our Customer Success team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience while using our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are being met and address any potential issues or concerns. 3. Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for customers. 4. Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to increase customer satisfaction and retention rates. 6. Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze the results to drive improvements in our customer success strategies. 7. Engage with customers on social media platforms to build relationships and promote brand loyalty. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously enhance our processes.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS company. 3. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. 4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 5. Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
