Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Fiserv in London, England. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services. This is a full-time position with an Associate Level seniority, and we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and professionally - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and objectives, and provide solutions to help them achieve their goals - Assist customers with onboarding, training, and troubleshooting of our products and services - Monitor customer accounts and usage to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into future enhancements - Prepare reports and analyze data to track customer success metrics and communicate insights to internal stakeholders - Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and testimonials for case studies and references
Requirements: - Resourceful and independent with a strong problem-solving mindset - Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
