Remote Customer Success Manager

Delek US Holdings is seeking a passionate and independent Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in customer success or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products or services - Implement customer success strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and issues in a timely manner - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and deliver customer success training programs and materials - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven track record in customer success or account management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools - Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment
