Remote Customer Success Representative

Job Description:

Cablevision Systems is seeking a Remote Customer Success Representative to join our team in London, England. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required - we are looking for individuals who are resilient, passionate, and possess strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional support and guidance - Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and identify opportunities for improvement - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and assess their satisfaction levels - Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, guiding them through the platform and answering any questions they may have - Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively troubleshoot and address customer inquiries

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Experience in project management is a plus - Must be authorized to work in the UK
