Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Insight Enterprises is seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Support Associate to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles and demonstrate independence in their work.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions in a timely manner - Managing customer accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues - Participating in strategic planning and project management activities to improve customer support processes - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues - Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer support roles - Energetic and proactive attitude - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong project management skills - Strategic planning experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
