Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

As a Live Chat Associate at Stripe in our London office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat channels. Your primary goal will be to assist customers with any inquiries they may have about our products and services, while ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and provide product information - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers - Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer inquiries and issues - Document customer interactions and feedback to improve processes and products - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong project management and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Experience working with live chat software is a plus - Bachelor's degree preferred
