Job Description:
Emerson Electric is seeking a talented Live Chat Manager to join our team in London, England. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service or online communication roles, you will be responsible for managing our live chat platform to provide exceptional customer support and drive customer engagement.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and oversee the live chat team to ensure timely and effective responses to customer inquiries. 2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the live chat platform for improved customer experience. 3. Monitor chat metrics and KPIs to make data-driven decisions and improve performance. 4. Train and mentor team members to enhance their communication and problem-solving skills. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and provide seamless solutions. 6. Analyze trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving products and services.
Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in customer service or online communication roles. 2. Proven track record of successfully managing live chat platforms. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service. 4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. 5. Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
