Remote Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team at NCR in London, England, UK. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or live chat role. The Remote Live Chat Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through live chat - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues and provide solutions - Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times - Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or live chat role - Confident and hardworking personality traits - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team - Innovative mindset to continuously improve processes and customer experience - Proficiency in using live chat software and customer service tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
