Live Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and adaptable Live Chat Officer to join our team at Collibra. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to our customers through online chat platforms. This is a full-time position that can be done remotely from your home in London, England, UK.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information through live chat. 2. Assist customers with product-related questions, technical issues, and troubleshooting. 3. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and provide excellent customer service. 4. Collaborate with other team members to address more complex customer inquiries. 5. Document all interactions with customers accurately in our CRM system. 6. Stay up-to-date on product information, promotions, and company policies to provide customers with accurate information.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or similar role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations. 4. Good planning and time management skills to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Motivated and adaptable personality traits required.
