Online Account Support Associate

We are looking for an Online Account Support Associate to join our team at Kellogg in London, England, UK. This is a full-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. Responsibilities: - Provide online account support to customers via email, chat, and phone - Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist with order processing and fulfillment - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives - Stay informed on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in customer service or account support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience working in a fast-paced environment
