Job Description - Online Account Support Manager

Job Description:


Accenture is seeking a motivated and hardworking Online Account Support Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage online accounts for clients, ensuring all needs and queries are addressed in a timely manner. 2. Provide support to clients through various communication channels, such as email, phone, and chat. 3. Monitor account activity and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. 5. Train and mentor team members on best practices for online account management. 6. Implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention rates. 7. Make data-driven decisions to optimize account performance and meet KPIs.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven experience in online account management or customer support. 3. Strong people management and decision-making skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
