Job Description - Online Account Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Online Account Support Specialist to join our team at GitLab in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing account support to our online customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone - Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and general questions - Proactively reach out to customers to offer assistance and gather feedback - Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest solutions - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and report on trends


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively persuade and negotiate with customers - Strategic planning skills to anticipate customer needs and challenges - Experience working with CRM software - Bachelor's degree preferred
