Job Description:
Cablevision Systems is currently seeking a talented and experienced Online Chat Support Manager to join our team in London, England, UK. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for someone with at least 7 years of experience in online chat support or customer service management. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of confidence and adaptability, as well as soft skills in adaptability and analysis.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of online chat support representatives to ensure exceptional customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and response times. 3. Monitor chat conversations and provide feedback to representatives for continuous improvement. 4. Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 6. Train new representatives on chat protocols, customer service techniques, and company policies. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat support.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in online chat support or customer service management. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in chat support software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 7. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer service targets.
