Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Online Client Relations Assistant at Farmers Insurance Exchange in London, England. This position is entry-level and does not require any prior experience in the industry. We are looking for someone who is resilient, hardworking, and possesses excellent teamwork and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner through various online platforms - Provide support to our clients by assisting them with their insurance needs and helping them navigate our online services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Help to manage and organize client data in our online database system - Assist in the development and implementation of client relations strategies to improve overall customer experience
