Online Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Constellation Brands is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Online Client Relations Representative in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in online client relations or a related field. We are looking for someone who is driven and reliable, with excellent soft skills in analysis and project management.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for online clients, responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage online client accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all communications and transactions - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and providing proactive solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client strategies and goals - Monitor and analyze online client trends and feedback, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements - Coordinate and execute online client projects, including onboarding new clients and implementing new initiatives - Track and report on key performance indicators for online client relations, identifying areas for optimization and growth

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in online client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities - Experience with project management and process improvement - Knowledge of online customer service best practices - Availability to work full-time in London, England
