Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Online Client Service Representative to join our team at Group 1 Automotive in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Respond to online inquiries from potential clients in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services to clients through various online channels - Assist clients with any issues or concerns they may have, and work towards finding a satisfactory resolution - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and follow-up - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients - Monitor client feedback and provide insights to management to improve our online client service experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to online client service
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients - Adaptability to changing situations and the ability to think on your feet - Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
