Job Description:
Anthem is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Client Service Specialist to join our team in London, England. As an Entry Level role, this position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or client support. The Online Client Service Specialist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients through various online platforms.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through online channels such as email, chat, and social media to address inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support for clients. - Identify opportunities to improve the online client service process and implement effective solutions. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, company products, and services to provide accurate information to clients.
