Job Description:
Publix Super Markets is seeking a dynamic and proactive Online Client Support Officer to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Assist clients with online orders, inquiries, and issues through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding products, services, and promotions. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues related to the online platform and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department. 4. Handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts in a professional and efficient manner. 5. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions for future reference. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements: 1. Reliable and resilient personality traits to handle challenging situations with professionalism. 2. Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and provide effective solutions. 3. Excellent negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and reach mutually beneficial agreements. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Familiarity with online customer service platforms and tools. 6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. A proactive and positive attitude towards work and colleagues. 8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. 9. Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus.
