Job Description - Online Contact Center Assistant

Avon Products is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Contact Center Assistant to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be reliable, possess strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and promotions through various online channels (email, chat, social media). 2. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner. 3. Assist customers with technical issues related to our online platform. 4. Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback online. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer escalations and complaints. 6. Assist with the development and implementation of new customer service initiatives. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Energetic and reliable with strong communication skills. 3. Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Knowledge of online sales platforms and social media is a plus. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
