Job Description - Online Contact Center Representative

Job Description:


Celanese is seeking a motivated and experienced Online Contact Center Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various online channels.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and returns. 3. Process orders and payments accurately. 4. Provide technical support for online platforms and troubleshoot any issues customers may encounter. 5. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 9. Meet or exceed performance goals and targets.


Requirements: 1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 3. Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. 5. Hardworking and adaptable to changing priorities. 6. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Leadership skills to guide and support team members as needed.
