Job Description - Online Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


Republic Services, a leading waste management company, is seeking a motivated and resourceful Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team in London, England, UK. This position is entry level and requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via multiple online channels, including email, chat, and social media - Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize creativity and innovation to develop solutions to customer problems and improve the overall customer experience - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Motivated and resourceful personality traits - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Creativity and innovation in developing solutions to customer issues - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
