Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Support Manager to join our team at FedEx. As the Online Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of online customer support for our operations in London, England, UK. This is a full-time position at a mid-to-senior level with a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance online customer support services - Manage a team of online customer support representatives, providing guidance and training as needed - Monitor and analyze online customer interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and ensure prompt resolution - Develop and maintain customer support policies and procedures - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and problem-solving - Oversee the implementation of new online customer support technologies and platforms - Regularly report on key performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement


Requirements:


- Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Resourceful and driven with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Experience managing a team of customer support representatives - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to solve customer issues - Knowledge of online customer support technologies and platforms - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
