Job Description - Online Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


CMS Energy is seeking a passionate and driven Online Customer Support Officer to join our team in London, England, UK. As an Associate Level position, the Online Customer Support Officer will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service through online channels.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner via email, chat, and social media platforms - Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to our online services - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience - Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in our online customer support processes - Monitor online reviews and feedback to address any concerns or issues raised by customers - Assist in the development and implementation of online customer support strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 2 years of experience in online customer support or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations - Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement - Proficiency in MS Office and online customer support tools - Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
