Job Description:
Eli Lilly is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Online Live Chat Officer to join our team in London, England. As an Associate level role, the Online Live Chat Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or online support role and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat to provide assistance with product inquiries, technical issues, and general questions. - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance the customer experience. - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department goals and targets.
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or online support role. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. - Hardworking and energetic with a positive attitude. - Persuasion skills and ability to innovate solutions. - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and Microsoft Office suite. - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
