Job Description:
Ford is seeking a Support Associate to work remotely from home in London, England, UK. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to internal and external stakeholders, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently, and collaborating with various teams to drive strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide outstanding customer service through email, phone, and chat support. 2. Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex problems and provide solutions. 4. Utilize various tools and systems to track, document, and report support activities. 5. Conduct research and analysis to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements. 6. Assist with training and onboarding of new team members. 7. Handle escalations and prioritize urgent matters to ensure customer satisfaction. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance support services.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 2 years of experience in a customer support role. 3. Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse groups. 4. Dedicated and resourceful attitude to handle challenging situations. 5. Emotional intelligence to understand and respond effectively to stakeholders' needs. 6. Research skills to gather and analyze information to inform decisions. 7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
