Job Description:
Duke Energy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Support Manager to join our team in London, England. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers while working remotely from home. This is a full-time position at a mid-to-senior level with a requirement of 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of support specialists to ensure customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the support team. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 4. Analyze support data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Train and mentor support team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer support experience.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience as a Support Manager or similar role. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Independent and motivated personality traits. 5. Strong research and decision-making skills. 6. Ability to work remotely and manage a team effectively. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
