Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and motivated Support Representative to join our team at Illinois Tool Works in London, England. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and assistance to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback for improvement - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a team setting and collaborate with colleagues - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software - A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
