Job Description - Support Specialist

Job Description:


Zoom is seeking a reliable and energetic Support Specialist to join our team in London, England. As an Associate level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, assisting them with any technical issues they may encounter while using our products and services. You will also collaborate with our internal teams to address any ongoing technical challenges and provide input on improving our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Provide timely and effective support to clients via phone, email, or chat channels - Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them efficiently - Coordinate closely with our engineering and product development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues - Document and track client interactions and reported issues - Assist in testing new software releases and updates - Provide feedback and suggestions on product and service improvements - Contribute to the development of support resources and documentation for clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in project management tools and software - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience working in a customer-facing role is a plus - Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically
