Job Description:
As a Web Chat Associate at Nike, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while assisting customers with their inquiries and providing excellent customer service through online chat. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customers' questions in a timely manner, resolving issues, processing orders, and providing product information.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via online chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Assist customers with order processing and tracking - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - Independent and self-motivated with a strong work ethic - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Personality Traits: - Independent: Ability to work remotely and manage tasks effectively without constant supervision - Hardworking: Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
