As a Web Chat Manager at Simon Property Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the web chat operations of our company, ensuring that our online customer service is efficient and effective. This is a full-time position that allows you to work from home, giving you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance effectively.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of web chat agents, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service - Develop and implement strategies to optimize web chat operations, including monitoring performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management to ensure our operations remain competitive - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, providing resolution in a timely and professional manner - Conduct regular training sessions for web chat agents to enhance their skills and performance
Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer service or web chat management role - Strong decision-making abilities and a knack for problem-solving - Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues - Adaptable and resourceful, able to navigate changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in using web chat software and other relevant tools - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
