Web Chat Manager - Work from home

Eastman Chemical is seeking a motivated and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from home. This position is based in London, England, UK and is suitable for someone at a mid-to-senior level with at least 8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the web chat team, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the web chat platform. 3. Train and mentor web chat agents, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring high-quality customer interactions. 4. Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to management on the team's performance. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in web chat management.

Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in web chat management or a related field. 2. Resourceful and dedicated with a strong attention to detail. 3. Excellent teamwork and decision-making skills. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
